I get this all the time. Ill get a call from someone identifying themselves as the parent. Without going into any detail on the specific account, they simpy say, I want to change the bill on my son Jonny from his moms address to mine but keep moms address somewhere on the bill. Even with caller ID, we dont know anything behind the voice. There is technology out there to fake a call. You can fake the caller ID number and even change the voice from male to female or vice versa.
